The New Year’s Eve premiere of the season of 2021/2022 will bring the audience into a legendary time and space – the age of Ottoman Hungary. The young Hungarian student, Gábor, picks a rose out of Gül Baba’s garden, to give it to his beloved, Leila. He doesn’t know, however, that the stealing of flowers is punished by strict law, moreover, his love is the daughter of the powerful Turkish religious leader.
