How far can we go in lying? What will happen when we forget who we have been selling what to? Julian, the bachelor dentist, has it all figured out: in the office, the disciplined Stephanie keeps things under control, in his private life, the pretty Toni takes care of him. And to avoid commitment, he lies to his girlfriend: he tells her he has  a family. But when finally he would like to get married, Toni, blessed with a unique empathy and a big emotional imagination, doesn't want to hear about a family being torn apart because of her. She decides she needs to see for herself that the 'wife' is happy to be rid of Julian. Poor lying Dr Julian Winston ... where is he going to find a woman willing to play the part?
