Záp-hiányok is the “domestic production” of Udvarhely Dance Workshop, adapted to the stage by two dancers, Csaba Györfi and Kata Gáll. The two-person gestural theatre performance is based on the book A Woman by Péter Esterházy, and analyses the man's search for his own identity through his relationship with women. Its main expressive means is dance, but the texts that are recited play an equally important role. The two types of expression represent two dimensions: motion embodies instinctive, even superficial feelings and impulses, while the text represents a deeper sensitive and emotional level.
