The Chicken and the Duckling – premiere with Lilliput Company

Lilliput Company is preparing for the first premiere of the season. The Chicken and the Duckling, recommended for children aged 3 and over, was written and directed by Attila Szabó, based on Vladimir Suteev's tale of the same title.

The premiere will take place on 30 September, at 5 pm, in the small room of Arcadia Theatre. Please book your tickets at the ticket agency of Szigligeti Theatre, Monday to Friday 2—7 pm.

Long time ago, in a galaxy far-far away, Vladimir Suteev has written a tale intituled The Chicken and the Duckling. But not so long ago, Attila Szabó wrote a story with the same title, but different. Because – although the Chicken and the Duckling themselves do appear in the story, here, the protagonists are Big Brother (or Lóri) and Little Sister (or Zsófi), and the relationship betwee the two – namely, sibling rivalry. Now what? Do we suddenly find ourselves in the middle of the War of the Little Stars? No, the situation is not that bad. Although there is a Dark Lord in every big brother's life, especially in the presence of their little sister. The question is, how will he conquer him? And, more importantly, whom? We will get an answer to everything at Grandma's house, in the country. Because a week in the country means a lot more than Grandma's best pancakes, the garden, the pets, and the promise of all the fun...
