A New Show for Children at Nagyvárad Ensemble

Nagyvárad Ensemble of Szigligeti Theatre is preparing a new children's show titled VANmeSE. Its premiere will take place on 13 June at the theatre. VANmeSE is mainly comprised of poems byAnna Szabó T. and Endre Kukorelly, accompanied by the music composed especially for this show by composers Ferenc Kiss and Zsigmond Lázár.

Besides music and dance, play, and folk traditions also play a big part in the show.

“We have taken the show's chapters apart into seasons, and for each season, we have found some very nice folk traditions, so that each one has a very authentic, flocloric part” – the show's director and editor, multiple award-winning Hungarian dancer, choreographer and director Jolán Foltin has said. The show's co-director was Eszter Novák.

For the premiere on 13 June at 5 pm, tickets are still available in limited numbers at the booking office of Szigligeti Theatre, or online at www.biletmaster.ro. For the first performance, Szacsvay B season tickets are valid. For the next performance, on 14 June, also at 5 pm, Szacsvay A season tickets are valid.
